Help with GoTo continue after 2 stars alignment.

Problem is that device ( Skywatcher Maksutov telescope MC 127/1500 Sky Max BD AZ-S GoTo)  wrote on the display that 2 stars alignment was successful, but qiuckly appeared the caution: Previous NPE is applied. And the device stoped here and I cannot move forvard.  Any way only  leads to new 2 stars alignment . On your forum I read the advice to ignore this causion notice, but I cannot do it, or I  dont know how to skip this notice. Please, can you help me with this problem? Thank you Jarda

Have you tried instructing mount to go to home position

Without referring to the instruction manual, I think that when these messages appear (which are essentially for information) you have to escape out of the setup routine to a choice of objects or utilities, otherwise it takes you back to the alignment routine.
