Venus' ingress here will be about 7:30 am and egress will occur about an hour later. I'll probably use the 80ST.. nice and easy set-up for someone like me who doesn't do mornings unless it's following an all night session, lol.

I am about 50km east of the easternmost point at which you can see the occultation, but I'll get out for the shower.
