Guiding cable

A simple question I hope...

I'm about to try guiding with my Atik 16ic instead of the SX integrated guidehead. Will the cable that I use to link from the back of the SX camera to my Nexstar mount autoguider port also work with the Atik? or do I need a different cable? or, I suppose, can I guide via the cable to the handset which gives me pc control of the scope?

When I started using my Atik 16 for guiding I needed a different cable from the one I had been using, something about it being inverted from one end to the other. I bought it from Bern at Modern Astronomy, give him a call and he will put you right.
