Which PSF value to use for Blur Exterminator?

Looking for advice as to which value to use for my manual average PSF in BXT. Running Dynamic PSF to calculate an average, but not actually sure which of the following is the right value to plug in to BXT?

I'm not sure if it's the correct method but use the mid-point between FWHMx & FWHMy.

So in the example above I would use 3.60, and it seems to work okay.
