Laptop tray - attach to Meade LX90 tripod.

Hi. Looking for help and advice. Currently own a Meade LX90. I have a Astro Engineering Locator plate and eyepiece holder, mounted on the tripod. I am hoping to control the scope with my laptop and looking to modify / attach a tray of some sort to hold the computer. Similar idea to the Lumicon Utility tray I have seen on their website. Very pricey !!!!

So far, I am thinking along the lines of using a couple of the eyepiece holders in the accessory tray to mount the laptop tray to.

Has anyone got a nice setup with a laptop to run their scope and not risk dropping an expensive computer onto the patio. ANY comments gratefully received. Piccies would be even better !! Thx in advance John
