Is anyone using QDSLR Dashboard successfully?

I can't get it to install under Windows 7 or |Windows 11. I am using the X64 version to match my OS. It complains about missing DLL files, then when I install them, still does not work. Has anyone installed and used it successfully?

Any tips or advice would be welcome.

Is it any good? If not, I'll give up, now.
