Which portable mount?

I'd appriciate some advice on buying a portable mount.

I need something easy to transport, I'm not bothered about Goto or motor drive, (although perhaps with the option of upgrading to motors at a later date).

I would like the ability to move the RA and DEC axis with manual controls.

It would be to carry a refractor (WO ED80).

I don't want to spend a huge amount of cash - under £100 preferably, but buying second hand might increase the quality of the potential mount.

Would I be right in saying an EQ2 or EQ3 perhaps?

I should add that it will be used for observing only.

This is over your budget but I picked up a used Vixen GP mount for £130 - it is superb as a grab and go mount for my 127mm Mak.
