Autostakkert question

After I have used autostakkrt!3 i have this problems of having rectangles on the stacked image.

 

i have used pipp before to convert the pictures into tif then used them to autostakkert 

 

could someone tell me why this happens and how to prevent it please?

When in PIPP get it to crop and centre the frames as well and then output as an AVI file for AS!3. 

I always had issues using full DSLR frames to start with when feeding it individual TIFFs.

If you're using a Canon DSLR then shoot in RAW mode then use Canon's DPP software to do the RAW to TIFF conversion before going into PIPP.

That pattern you’re seeing is due to the alignment points in AS3, try using smaller alignment boxes
