Starshoop G3 Monochrome Camera at N.I.N.A Astrophotography. Failed attempts!

Hello everyone.  I had this conversation with an expert in N.I.N.A Astrophotography for the reason that I cannot exploit all the functions of this program with my camera.  The dialogue took place in a forum as you can see in the attached image and it seems to be a problem with the drivers.  Who has used this camera successfully in N.I.N.A?

Is does not show the gain and offset because it’s a CCD camera and not a more modern CMOS version, the gain is never shown in the drivers of a CCD camera, it’s preset in the camera firmware and can’t be altered….
