First Lights on Moon

Och it had to happen one day (night).

Took an opportunity yesterday evening to start setting up for the Solar season, beginning with a Polar alignment which, according to SC went from Fair>Good>Poor>Fair>Fair - the bolts on the NEQ6-R are not the easiest to manoeuvrer for fine adjustment! It was, also, blowing a 20knot wind across the 'scopes.

I took an opportunity before coming in (I was cooking the evening meal at the same time) to take two sets of SER files of the Moon.

William Optics 102GT & FF/0.8 Reducer & ZWO 120MC - No filters or flats. 40% of 500 frames at around 20fps.

Plus

Skymax 180 Pro & ZWO 462MC - No filters or flats. 15% of 1000 frames, again at around 20fps. (Image not flipped)

Both limited process with AS3 and Affinity Photo.
