Rings or Original symmetrical cradle for my TSA120?

Recommended Posts

i have the TSA120 with  Primaluce rings and a Vixen 240mm PLUS.

Is its original symmetrical cradle or ring system better for the TSA, in terms of functionality, stability? aesthetically I like the cradle without a doubt, but the rings are functional and light.
I attach the current photo. My idea is to order the original cot. at the top by attaching a clamp, I can prepare for a second telescope or guide etc.
Now I have trouble grasping the TSA120 which, although light, is leaning forward and the rings are without spacers. therefore I am unable to insert my fingers between tube and plate.
If I don't take the original cradle, the plan is to take a second 240mm plate and 20mm spacers. this would give me room to comfortably grab the telescope from the top flange.
The price of all these first light accessories would equal and slightly exceed the cost of the original symmetrical cradle that I like best. What do you think?
