Hello, i want to buy the skywatcher 250mm flextube goto but want to observe in my berlebach charon chair without to have to stand up.

My question is how high does the eyepiece comes when positioned to zenit , i sit on my chair approximately 70 cm high and i measure 6,13. My eyes are then at a height of 1m50. tis would be perfect. I come from a 35 cm skywatcher goto (a beast) where I always had to stand up to observe but got problems with the back so I now want to observe sitting.

Oli, I think you may get an answer if you change the title to include "Skywatcher 250mm Flextube info needed". Someone with that scope is more likely to see your question.

Setting down to observe is certainly much better and relaxing in my experience.

Assuming its this telescope the zenith eyepiece height is 49 inches or about 125cm
