I've been given a Celestion NexStar 102 SLT and to the best of my ability I've followed the manual to set in up and align it! I can get a good image of the moon but theres no wow factor even when i use the Barlow lense and the 9mm eye piece! What am I doing wrong, what actually should you be able to see? O It's been sat in a garage since 2004  am i wasting my time, bite the bullet and buy a 8 or 10 inch dobsonion!?

Which 102 SLT is it? The refractor or the Mak?
