Perfect PA Scope alignment on SGP

Hi there,

 

I was trying to understand how much I need to re-align my PA scope in my Sky Guider Pro.  If the drawing attached is an object the inner circle in the scope at the cross hairs is that fine for PA or should it be absolutely still when rotating 360?
