First attempt at M31

Not the right time of year for Andromeda but it's really the first chance I've had to do any observing and imaging since I got my new Zenithstar a couple of months ago apart from one rubbish night on M51. 

only managed 45 minutes of 60 second subs at ISO320 on my unmodified canon 70d.  WO ZS73 with 0.8 reducer. PHD2 guiding, APT for the capture and DSS / GIMP for processing (notice they're all free apps  )

Looking forward to later in the year when I can try out my new ASI533MC pro in real darkness.
