Odd pixel defect when photographing the Trifid

Hello Everyone, 
This site has given me some great answers in the past and always happy to see what folks are doing. 
I'm hoping someone might recognize this defect in the image below and maybe point me in the right direction. I've also supplied information that may offer clues. Does anyone recognize this odd pixel defect in the closer detail? Some day I think I might start a catalogue of defects and aberrations lol...
