Interesting sensor four times the size of a imx290 and with reduced read noise.

Should be good for moon sun and ultra short exposure DSO imaging 2.9um pixels.

Anyone got any thoughts? Wonder if ZWO will bring one out. Might be worthy of a cooled version too and very interesting if Sony do a mono run.

Just about to hit the buy button on one of these, for lunar and planetary.

Was thinking of the 462C but the larger size of the sensor of the 485 means that when using with an ADC, the planet could stay on the chip after adjusting the ADC, as opposed to it moving off the chip of a smaller sensor and then having to move the scope off axis to get it back.
