I had an old Netgear one lying around (purchased it about 7 years ago) which seems to be doing the trick. 

Every so often it doesn't connect on first go but i can't work out if it's the WiFi extender or the ASIAir Pro. Probably the former given its age!

Let me know how you get on with this one though!

Ordered one as I sent the message. Just thought if anyone else had or actually got one.

Scope on the drive so I can pick up at 15 feet from garage with garage door open. I can get a signal - just - indoors from lounge window but it appears to depend on scope orientation
