astro mick
Hi. I took this image over two nights using my dual rig.Consisting of an Altair 102 F7 with a 0.8 Reducer, and a Atik 314E ccd mono camera. The second scope is a WO Zenithstar 61 with a very old Atik 16IC mono ccd camera. I took the Lumiance with the 102mm scope with a total of 4hrs in 300 sec subs. The R and B subs were a total of 2hrs each with 300 sec subs.I synthesized the Green.I calibrated wit Flats and Bias, but no Darks. Minimal processing in Photo-Shop. Cheers. Mick. MartinB
Excellent Mick, the colouring is nicel and subtle and I think you have done a great job to pull out so much detail using a short focal length.
