At the moment when I follow the process in StarTools using the file I have, and then get the colour module is looks really odd like the image attached shows- no where near the look of the image you create when you processed the original file! 

I imagine that maybe to do with the tiff/fits file issue?...

You cannot use the file you posted in starTools. The file must be converted and saved to either uncompressed tif, fits or png.

In the example you have shown, it has not been processed correctly with either the Wipe nor the second AutoDev after Wipe modules.
