Double Stars when imaging

Hi All does anybody have any ideas on what might be causing this issue with my recent images, all of the stars look like mini snowmen, for background this was the Monkey nebula which at the time of capture (300sec) was close to the zenith, tracking looked to be ok with a fairly straight line graph in PHD2, I am using a 10inch Quattro on a NEQ-6 pro mount with a Canon 450D

I can't tell from this image which is Dec and RA.
