my first moon shot.

took it a couple a weeks ago holding my canon powershot a430 up to the eyepiece, need a real steady hand though. this was the best out of about a dozen or so that i took. i've got one of those camera adapters now that clamp to the eyepiece but haven't had the chance to use it yet due to the Rubbish weather we're having.

Well, at least you've started Tony - and that's not a bad shot for a first attempt.

Your camera adaptor will prove invaluable in giving you the stability you need to bring out the best in your Canon digital.

We all know there are some superb images out there - and any one of us can simply open a copy of one of the astro mags and see images that are stunning, but the satisfaction we obtain is in actually producing a photo!

The summer months are on their way!
