taka EM10

Hi, 

i have found a used EM10. 

 

i like the idea to have a Taka mount for my FS102NSV.  Is a choice that have sense today?  control , 3 kg counterweight and 220V power supply. request of 900 euro

1) This is ok for FS102?  it will be ok for a future 180c or 210?

2)  it have manual manuale micro motions?
3) if i want to equip it with a goto which one should i buy?
