Siril won't run

I've used Siril successfully for a while however recently it stops as soon as a script is chosen. I'm fully familiar with the folder requirements and contents. After a second clean re install, I've followed the instruction to delete the reference to the two C:\ paths. The  'Process' folder remains empty and I delete it. Still the program refuses to run. I'm out of ideas.

I've not had a problem with Scripts myself...

What version of Siril are you using, and which script are you trying to run.
Are you able to run a 'noddy' script using the @ command?

I guess you have checked the paths in Preferences | Scripts, and the script you are running is in only one of them?

You could try posting the question on the forum on pixls.us
