Users of APP - any ideas?

Have you tried doing sigma clip stacking instead of regular?

I don't know APP at all, but I do know that you can remove hot pixels by using some sort of sigma clip and that you usually need to enable that feature / select it in software

Yes I had Sigma clip enabled.

I have found several posts on the APP forum with this very issue. There is obviously an issue with APP. Not had any suggestions from APP yet.

Update:

There are quite a few posts on the APP forum about this issue.

Try this if you have the same issue:

For more than 20 lights  set the integration to average, then adaptive rejection with a Kappa low of 6.0 and high of 2.2, then enable a new BPM to be created.

Worked for me. I have asked Mabula to have a look at the problem.
