Astro Modified DSLR's

With the IR filter removed, do you need any other filters to take good photos of nebulae and galaxies or is the modified DSLR good by itself. 

If anyone could give example photos I would appreciate it a lot :).

It depends how bad your light pollution is. But now the IR filter is removed you will get good data from both of your targets. In general unless you have perfect skies get a city light filter such as the IDAS D2.
