Thank you. No I left as Debayered fit files, aligned and stacked in PI. Applied DBE, Saturation, Curves Transformation, SCNR and Histogram transform before saving.

I found a huge improvement in the final image using a similar filter by splitting the channels, process the red(ha) then the green and blue(oiii), recombine.

Reprocess: I used a luminance mask
