Equipment used: Mount - Skywatcher EQ6-R Pro OTA - Meade LXD-55 SN10 Cam - Nikon D750 Data: - 35 subs @ 90s/ISO1000 - 35 darks - 50 Bias Processing: Integration and calibration done in PI PI: - automatic background extraction - Dynamic crop - Denoise starlet 3 layer - color calibration background neutralization - Histogram transformation PS: - Levels - Deep space noise reduction - Smart sharpen - Enhance DSO and reduce stars - Increase star color - curves adjustment. Whistlin Bob Posted July 22, 2020 Share Posted July 22, 2020 Very nice- lots of detail on the outer edge of the glob and nicely balanced and saturated colours. The core is a little blown out though. You might find it better to use masked stretch instead of histogram transformation in PI and also try and hold the top of the curves down when your adjusting in PS.
