That mount has a load capacity of 10 lbs or 4.5 kilos so you would need to work out the weight of the gear you want to use on it. It is best if you don’t go to the mounts maximum capacity.

Yes. I was wondering if it might be an alternative to the ioptron or skywatcher tripods which seem to be on a long lead time.
