Comet Neowise with POC (Plain Ordinary Clouds)

Myself and @Tomatobro spent most  of Thursday night at our local dark, elevated site attempting to  image the comet using a a Star Adventurer and a newly delivered Atik Horizon II OSC, from FLO.

Alas, the forecasted clear periods did not materialise, especially on the Northern horizon, so all we got was 105 secs of data, all of them partially obscured by cloud, not even the noctilucent kind.

After processing the stack to within an inch of it's life, the ion tail is maybe just visible. This isn't over yet....
