Last night I failed miserably with imaging DSOs in Ha, so had a play with the new 1000D on the C11 at prime focus to see exactly what I would get. I used the monochrome setting and 200asa focused with the live preview which I find absolutely fantastic for this type of imaging. Its a mosaic of about 5 panes and is poorly stitched, (I can see the joins), but I am well pleased with the outcome.
