That looks pretty good :) . I reckon you could probably take the frame rate up to 15 or 20

Personally, I've always found that with a Toucam that any frame rate faster than 10fps tends to introduce so many compression artefacts that it alweays results in a net loss of resolution.

Below is a picture of different rates of image compresssion at a range of frame rates for an ATIK camera. These are based on the same chip as the Toucam/SPC so I'm guseeing they effects will be similar.
