Rodd
i was finally able to achieve a respectable balance with this data. This image tends to show its problems more than many I have processed. I think its because there is a lot of very faint detail and a lot of stars. I tended to portray the image to brightly. I find it very interesting that I toiled over this data for many hours....years really, but produced this version in only about 20 minutes. The lesson.....keep it simple! Anyway, here it is Televue np101is with .8x reducer. STT-8300 and Astrodon 3nm filters.Ha 12 30 minOIII 12 30 minSII 12 30 min

Thanks Brendan...that was my goal...to not overdo it. after a good sized dent in the wall, and a corresponding welt on my head, I finally managed it! You know what they say--even a broken lock is right twice per day. I through so much stuff at the wall over so much time something was bound to stick!
