Help I am on a budget

Hi, I am on a budget for Binoculars, I have seen plenty around the net, that might fullfill my needs such as,

E.G. Miyauchi 22x60

Helios 20/40x100 Quantum 5 Observation Binoculars.

( I will only purchase these if someone recommends them ).

but I have have come to you guys on this site for your advice .

My budget is around £650.00 , and I dont need a tripod as I have 3 already.

£650 for binoculars? Crikey what would you spend if you didn't have a budget.

Seriously, I did not realise it was possible to pay so much. What do you intend to use them for?

I've heard good things about the quantum 5's, I would defintaly be looking at 45 deg angled and interchangable eyepieces for that money, not straight through's
