Horsehead & Flame + Alnitak

This is not - by a long shot - the best Horsehead & Flame that you have ever seen. But from my point of view, I am happy to have managed it in very "wet" conditions. (Relative humidity averaging about 90% when shooting this). At first I was concerned about Alnitak and its overall effect - taking over the image. But when I put the subs together, I realised....hey, it is a very bright star and as long as there are no very wierd artifacts I might as well just leave it. It was never meant to be a major project to produce a fantastic image and in that, like I said, I am happy enough with the result. (I will put it on my web site later today and those interested can get capture details there).

Had a closer look at the flame and it does look great, shame that Altinak is trying to blow it out.
