Venus with Baader UV filter, from 12.02.2020

Venus in reasonable conditions from the 12.02.2020.  Captured with Celestron C9.25, baader UV filter and Asi 290mm camera.

Stacked 10% of 25,000 frames. Some decent cloud visible again, fascinating to see the difference in tonight's images compared to this years other images.

The disc almost looked blank on the Firecapture preview screen.

Cracker! There's been so many excellent venus captures this year.... I guess the baader venus filter has been a real game changer!

Its pretty much essential for this level of detail, but i think its recommended that at least 200mm aperture is used as well.
