Older HEQ Counterweights

I've bought a 2nd hand Stellartuned & Beltmodded HEQ5. It's the older Synscan model but the counterweights appear to the same size as my new EQ5 Pro however they require an insert. The counterweight shaft is smaller on the HEQ5 than my EQ5 Pro. I only have 1 insert and need another, anyone have any idea where I can get them from?

This will sound flippant, but personally I would just design\print one....  at least then, with the design done, I could make as many as I wanted.....
