Cheap counter weight

My CG5 stand with a SW120ED pro on board, the single counterweight was right at the end of the bar and the scope was not quite balanced so an extra weight would be useful.

Well, I was in a Tesco Superstore and they had a 2Kg, rubber coated, weight for £2.20 the hole in the centre is a little bigger than the bar on my mount so I will fix/stick the extra weight on top of the existing one....job done for £2.20. They also have a 5Kg for about £4.

Thought you might want to know..if something like this has not already been posted ??

Heh. Good idea! I made one at work with a spare billet or 2. I needed a lighter one for a smaller scope.

any barbell gym weights will do same trick too....
