Celestron CPC1100 with ZWO ASI290MC

Greetings to all.

I am planning to purchase a CPC1100GPS (XLT) and use a ZWOASI290mc camera (off my past scope) for planetary imaging.

I recently moved to Oman which has many fabulous dark sky areas and want to purchase another scope. 

QUESTIONS:

1. Will the CPC1100 mount allow a zwo asi290mc camera and other train requirements to pass through the bottom fork?

2. Will there be enough visible planets (for imaging) in the northern hemisphere (Oman is in Middle East just above equator -  21.4735° N, 55.9754° E ) for next couple of years to make this approach worth it?

2) well at 21N you're certainly better off than me at 51 N. Get a Planetarium such as SkySafari or Stellarium, dial in your location, set it to 2300, and fast-forward a week at a time for a couple of years to see what's available.
