yes, but dont rely on that side scale to be accurate. it will be close enough to be in the right ball park if your mount is level

Ok I’m doing that right at least.  At the end of initializing there’s two inputs pertaining to polar hour  I just push enter is that right

I do but Polaris is always at the 3 o’clock  east. Never see it North

then you use the alt/az bolts on the mount to fine tune it to where its got to be,

I ll try tomorrow. What about I put of Polaris position in p scope. = hh :mm

and hour angle of Polaris = hh:mm

i don't really know what you're saying there. 

watch those videos. i think you've pickup up some bad info somewhere or maybe misunderstanding something. those videos explain everything. the process of polar alignment isn't hard but it has to be done right and with some understanding of what you're trying to accomplish.
