Comet Iwamoto as it scooted past the earth on the morning of the 15th from my backyard in rural NZ.

Some of the numbers associated with this are staggering !

Average speed 238,000 kph......distance 45 million kms ! and I can see it through a pair of cheap binoculars and a 180mm zoom lens ....amazing !
