Astromodded sensor cleaning

I currently use a nikon d3300 for astrophotography and I plan to remove the IR filter. But I am wondering how it will be cleaned after. Is there a way to clean a naked sensor? Would it be as safe to clean as it? Any advice is appreciated.

There is still a glass layer over the sensor. The sensor is never naked unless you have done a mono mod. Just get a dslr sensor cleaning kit from Amazon and lock the mirror up to clean it.
