starlight xpress sxv‑h9

Hello Guy's, i just bought the starlight xpress sxv‑h9 osc. the problem i am having is trying to get the color to show in Raw therapee and other editing programs i have.. the file saves as PNG in b/w or mono, my question is...how do i get the color to show...please see picture, also take note i am very new to using ccd camera...Thank You in advance.

The h9 is a grwst camera!

I use a free program called DeepSkyStacker to debayer (convert to colour) and stack images from my colour ccd.  You can set it to save as a tiff file which can be read by image processing packages.

Thank You Helen, the program used by the camera is Starlight live. it auto stacks, i will try to put the picture in DSS and see if i can get the color.

sorry for late reply, been trying to get the color. yes greealilee i was swapping between the 2 but i think out of all the stacked pictures save i most likely kept the mono by mistake  sounds about right for me ? ..

Stick with it, only with time things will get better. Give me a shout if I can be of any more help.
