Polar Alaignment with a star adventurer.

Recommended Posts

1-Make sure the polar scope is correctly centered

2- use the star adventurer mini app to see the position of Polaris

3- balance the scope well and extend tripod legs as little as possible, possibly weigh the tripod down

4- tighten the alt clamp til barely moveable

5- then wait til Polaris is at one of the hours marked on reticule to make position more accurate

6- tighten fully then move mount around a bit and recheck
