C 11" CPC Problem

Ah, memory - how fleeting it can be. I'm trying to re-fork my C 11" CPC and I can't remember where I stored the four bolts that fasten the OTA to the fork mount. Can someone tell me the thread and bolt size so that I can buy replacements?
