Another adapter thread. M72 to M68?

Recommended Posts

I just received my brand new CFF 12" RC, which is worthy of a whole topic on its own, but for now I'm mostly interested in getting my G3-16200 camera connected to the beauty.

The CFF has an M72 female thread, the camera has an M68 female. That obviously doesn't fly. But I'm having difficulty finding the right connector. Bonus is I need to add 28mm to achieve the back focus of 93mm.

Anyone with suggestions?

Could something like this help:

It looks like M72 side is male - so it will fit in focuser, but camera / m68 side is female, so you need conversion ring to attach it to camera - also M68 female.

Btw, Baader has some M68 extension rings, so maybe you can sort out distancing with this as well.

Thanks. Yeah, those two look like the right options. I added two M68 spacers as well.
