Focuser problems.

I recently bought an Equinox 120 which I have mounted on a WOEZTouch mount and tripod. I also have a Pentax 30mm XW eyepiece which today I tried to use with the Equinox for the first time. The problem I have is past a certain angle , say 30 degrees , the crayford focuser of the Equinox will not draw back into the tube when I turn the focuser knobs. I have to physically push the eyepiece to get it back into the tube to focus.

I realise the Pentax is quite a heavy eyepiece but I thought the 120 should be able to handle it. It has cost me a lot of money and I shall be upset if I cannot use it in the Equinox. Has anybody else come across this problem and is there a fix for it ?

Hi Vlebo - have a look at this thread. There's a picture posted by Steve showing the adjustments that can be made to the focuser.
