Vortex have upgraded their popular Viper HD series for 2018. 

The new updated models still use HD extra-low dispersion glass and XR™ anti-reflective coatings and offer the following improvements over their predecessors: 

Significantly wider field of view!  
Larger prisms. 
Closer focus. 
A little smaller (by about a Mouse's whisker)! 

The larger prisms have made them slightly heavier, though not by much. About the weight of a large strawberry!
