Non-Slip (ADM) Camera Adapter

During recent years I have upgraded Mount Saddles etc. to the
excellent ADM (often sold via FLO!) versions. And I continue to
collect the useful (imaginative!) accessories from "Mr. ADM"! :D

(By default!) I add extra (inverted) Dovetail Bars too ALL my
scopes for finders.... cameras etc. So I bought one of these:

I NOTICED that someone commented (in FLO reviews) that a bare (metal) camera mount
didn't provide much "sticktion" for long lenses etc. I sensed sticking a layer of "something"
to the metal surface might improve things. But imagined it might not be easy to drill NEAT
holes through THIN cork or rubber! Then I found a source of THIN Neoprene Washers: ;)

Buy a LARGE washer (60mm + 8mm hole!) and trim the edges with scalpel & steel rule! :)

Nice work and thanks for the heads up, I will have a goat mine:)

Simon

Gosh,

I always knew Guernsey was famous for growing tomatoes but I certainly didn't know about the goat mining!

Only kidding!
