Standard filters thread?

I was checking the moon filter that came with my scope today, and found that it only matches the threads from one of my three eyepieces. Here's a pic of the eyepieces and filter:

I don't know if you can see it in the pic, but the first two eps have a very fine pitch thread, the last one (and the filter) has a much bigger pitch.

The first two (finer pitch) is the standard right? Because I am about to buy some optolong/lumicon filters and wanted to know on which of my eps they would work. From the photos I saw it seems they will match the fine pitch thread.

Also, is there any female to male adaptor to convert the big pitch thread to a standard fine pitch, so I would be able to use the last ep on my new filters too?
